Project Description
This project presented an interesting challenge in that the construction of the marina had to be completed in record time to meet a deadline of May 2007, in time for the Sanctuary Cove International Boatshow.
The project included 84 new berths for A arm of the marina with a new configuration of E arm to allow for large vessels. A work berth was also added.
We're proud to say the marina was completed in time for the thousands of national and international visitors to the show, to view all of the vessels on display in complete safety and comfort.
Our Involvement
Our team prepared the plan including the marina layout, all cost estimates, all statutory approvals, design signoff, demolition, piling, floats and services.
Our Capri Marina system was the ideal solution for the marina environment, where a medium duty, cost effective and aesthetically pleasing option was required.
